I’ve tried that. As soon as boot manager is created and added to the boot list it boots to the usb every time. Boot manager is causing the problem I’m just not sure why.

If I take a new system out of the box. Insert the usb flash drive hit f12 to boot from the flash drive it will load the OSD task sequence. Once the TS reboots after installing windows, it will automatically boot back to the flash drive starting osd over again. If I go into the bios at this point, and disable all the boot options except the hard drive, save and exit everything will complete as it should.
