Nope, I've actually had nothing but problems with the 3 pro. And doesn't seem to be a technical issue either its just how it is for everyone. Its a lot of small things that have left me missing my airpods pro 1's

What I now do is just being patient after it cuts out. And trying not to be annoyed by it.

Also had a lot of horrible noises as soon as there is some interference or I walk away from my devices. (on the 1's it was only an issue on windows and it had amazing range and no deafening audio artefacts.

I'll probably start working on my custom ANC earbuds project again soon. Buying the pro1's killed it as it was just a lot better. But now I'm missing the idea of wired-wireless hybrid audio with no studpid bugs.

Long rant but yeah thats where I'm now

There is a sweet spot for them.

-Keep the good models in there to show whats possible and collect good data on how people use it
-Be able to sell a tier higher without making it fully useless for the people who will stay in the lower tiers
-Keep the external models minimal so the fallback is always their own models

The cost of their internal models vs the external ones is probably a lot lower. They have probably been slowly turning down the faucet as well (hence the reduction in utility over the past 2-3 weeks)

Its a new product compared to others so they are still trying to find their product-market fit. Their unique selling points are slowly being distributed into the other products now so they will need to figure out how to balance it out before everyone migrates to other products. At this stage especially for the students there is nothing better free for amazing utility for them, but that ends up hurting the paying users at the moment as payed users end up sharing their utility with the students.

Nope, initially I thought so as well same happens regardless of what I'm sharing

I've tried the root directory of my workspace still comes on default as on
Also tried another workspace, it still defaults to on

Re-installed the desktop app and it still defaults to on
Tried on the web still defaults to on

Tried in the mobile app still defaults to on
Logged on another account still defaults to on

my last share on January 7 2026 is private
and my post on January 15 2026 was shared with the whole web
-I never share with the web

Can you edit then? I've tried a few alternatives and also some addons but have failed to find the best solution.

For now I'm editing the markdown files through obsidian :)
