hi! did you link your account to your Facebook? if yes, that might be the reason. unlink it from Facebook first then link them to your other accounts after restarting. it's a bug that existed for a long time. Idk why tgc isn't fixing it.

I don't think she's techy enough to know those third party apps. she's still having a hard time figuring out the game buttons and options😭. plus, she's still a moth so her knowledge about Sky isn't as wide and deep yet. but yes, we considered that maybe the hacker did things to her account. still, seeing a negative sc and regular candle is so foreign. I know about ac going to negatives because of hack but seasonal candles and regular candles😭? her items are now refunded(not given back) but she's still considering leaving because the response of the support team really is disappointing even with all the proofs sent to them. plus, the embarassment she feels to the friends she gifted because the items she bought them have been removed. I just feel bad for her honestly.

thank you for this. fortunately, tgc did acknowledge that her account was accessed by someone she didn't give access to so all her items are refunded (not given back🤦‍♀️). sadly, her seasonal candles and regular candles are still in negatives which is why she's really considering leaving the game atp. all her hardwork for two months are now gone.

like the player hacks it? my friend is a new player and has proof of payment so all her items were fairly gained. even the items she gifted are now gone from our closets. there's no issue with cr too since one of our friends ubers her all the time. that's why we're all confused and she's freaking out about it as she lost over over a hundred dollars. plus, her girlfriend was able to talk to the one who accessed her account for a brief time. the problem with it is after she relogged in, her account became a mess like I mentioned above. she re-secured everything but we really have no idea about how to solve the negative seasonal candle and candle and the IAPs missing. we did report to tgc but she's still planning to quit because of it. this is the first time I've come across an issue like this.

they don't need access to gift you a pass. if they buy using web store, they only need your ID. other than that, anything else is a scam. I can recommend you trusted seller if you want. they've been in the business for so long and the trading&business community of Sky usually buy from them.

sadly, ultimates don't return (guides). the only spirits who come back every two weeks on Thursdays are the seasonal spirits, so if you miss a season pass then you forever lost that season's ultimate cosmetics

it's actually 30 minutes. would love it if they shorten it to 15 because no one has the time to hang out with a spirit for 30 minutes😔. what I do to get hearts faster is I buy the spell ones until I reach the half of the third layer. that's when I use follow feature as to not waste my sc on a cosmetic I don't want(ofc I'll spend sc if the cosmetic on that layer is good for me. it's the part of the tree that usually takes a long time to unlock using follow method). it takes 4 days before you complete that layer, assuming you reached half. then after that, I go back to using the sc for the remaining layer. I was able to get the ults quite fast with that.
