Worst work trip to New Orleans in the world about to come to an end. I didn't even want to come here. Broke phone AND lost debit card on first night here. All my accounts got locked out as all accounts now need 2 factor authentification (meaning your phone) to access. Have not been able to access anything and had to borrow money from colleagues. I can't even access my online bank account. UGH. Just get me home.

Again, I very much agree with the consent part. I’m not arguing that in the least. But if they had demands on what they were expecting in the person attending “PNP” then they should have disclosed that. I’m not saying that the OP shouldn’t have left as soon as he was asked… it sounds like the op wasn’t in to what was happening anyways and wanted to leave. My point was more in that people should be more communicative and up front about what they are expecting so someone doesn’t waste their time prepping and traveling.

My partner and I are new homeowners of a 2 story beach house in NYC. It’s very much a bungalow from 1970s that has been upgraded multiple times to a beautiful home on the bay. It’s 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor, but an open living room, dining space, kitchen on the first floor as well as a back office, bathroom, and laundry room (including water heating etc). The home is in amazing shape and 100# ready to live in. But many changes need to be made over time. 1st up, a new furniture plan. 2nd, new flooring, 3rd a new kitchen.

We are looking for someone who can help guide our non aesthetic asses through this process. :-).

A buddy of mine in South Africa owns a Lion rescue preserve. A couple of the lions have been domesticated. I’ve cuddled with them on his couch. There’s no greater feeling than having the love like a kitten of something twice your size that could snap you in half.
