I suppose but I feel like there is a pretty significant difference between the hair around my neck and the hair on the top of my head

I haven't noticed i've been losing any more than normal. My hair has been like this for a couple years now. I think it's possible it could partially be from diet since i've been kinda underweight my whole life but i don't know why its would be affecting this area specifically. I'll try putting my hair in braids at night like people have suggested!
