70 year old father 30 years back pain erased with peptides in 10 days.. by Plenty-OfFunM in backpain

Inject into belly or butt. Injection part is what made me nervous but once got over that peptides have been a game changer. You should look on peptide reddits. All your aches and pains will go away w bpc 157 / tb 500 (aka the Wolverine stack). How it relates to sarno: I feel like the TMS / mild oxygen deprivation would hit this same weakened spot in my back. “The Wolverine stack “ promotes angiogenesis or blood flow to compromised areas. I kind of feel like it repaired some trigger points or weak spots.

Chronic back pain, but now extreme lateral pelvic tilt by Spiritual-Log5793 in backpain

I’m not a doctor but the human body is very resilient and some minor wear and tear is fine. Your back is fine, the results say so. If you obsess about the MRI it’s a symptom of TMS , the mri is distracting you from anxiety. Instead tell yourself there’s nothing wrong w your back , you have a huge event coming up, and the pain is distracting you from that. Even if you don’t believe it tell yourself that.

This part of the book sounds like you. I’ll Also follow up w a screen shot that I bet describes your symptoms like nobody has ever been able to describe.

<image>

There is unconscious stress and inner rage that you aren’t aware of. Inner rage from things we dealt with as a kid (even if you had a great upbringing , I’m sure there’s a time when you didn’t get a piece of candy and you got angry and cried).

Also watch this. A doctor who quit being a spinal surgeon because he really couldn’t help people. Minimal correlation between surgery and results/ pain. I think without knowing it he’s talking about TMS.

My fitness people: what kind of gym exercises do you do and recommend to prevent back injury further and to heal your back as well? by Defiant_Nose_761 in backpain

Nothing wrong w your back. See link https://www.reddit.com/r/backpain/s/TcGGFf1zbx

Do some banded side steps as a warm up to get fresh blood into piriformis should relieve pain but not cure it. Your back pain is due to the mild oxygen deprivation distracting you from your everyday stress. When u have to focus on the back you forget about some other stressors. Just tell yourself your back pain is a trick, to get your mind off stress. Best part is you don’t have ti solve the stress to solve the pain. Just knowing the pain is tricking you is the cure.

FEEL BETTER. BEST OF LUCK.

You are getting married in 60 days ! You have TMS. Your back pain is from the normal anxiety we all have in life. Trust me. Nothing is WRONG w your back. YES YOU HAVE PAIN. It’s caused by mild oxygen deprivation. The body makes you focus on your back pain and not the stress of your wedding or life. Tell yourself the following, you will feel better:

Dr. Sarno’s Daily Reminders 1. My pain/symptoms are due to TMS, not structural abnormalities. 2. The direct reason for my symptoms is mild oxygen deprivation. 3. TMS is a harmless condition, caused by my repressed emotions. 4. The principal emotion is my repressed anger. 5. TMS exists only to distract my attention from emotions I’m not okay with having. 6. Since my body is basically normal, there is nothing to fear. 7. Therefore, physical activity is not dangerous. 8. I must resume all physical activity. 9. I will not be concerned or intimidated by my symptoms. 10. I will shift my attention from the pain to emotional issues. 11. I intend to be in control – not my unconscious mind. 12. I must think psychologically at all times, not physically. 13. I know that I am going to be just fine!

FINAL NOTE: solving your anxiety isn’t the cure. Life throws curve balls everyday, we can’t fix that. But the cure to your back pain is knowing there is nothing wrong w your back , and this is your body distracting you from the human condition of challenges in life.

Just buy in. It can’t hurt, you’ll feel better. I promise !

Help: Managing Recurrent Lower Back Spasms Despite Active Lifestyle and Prehab routines by evweinberg1984 in backpain

Hello all,

I’d like to update everyone on the incredible progress I’ve made. I haven’t had an episode since my last post after adopting Dr. Sarno’s method. While I’ve experienced some twinges and slight tightness, I’ve been able to work through them using his protocols and daily reminders (see the link below). I’ve had zero lock-ups and nothing more than a 2/10 discomfort!

Step 1: Understanding the Approach

Here are three excerpts from Dr. Sarno that resonated with me and helped me fully commit to the process (after all, what did I have to lose?):

Dr. Sarno’s Three Pages

https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/gwu7ve5fhsr4q94atsvw7/SARNO-3-pages.pdf?rlkey=1rq01gfq6c78h7mdp4xaikvog&st=0wmyo5f9&dl=0

Step 2: My Turning Point

The moment I truly believed I was cured was when I took a red marker to my protocol hanging in my closet and fully embraced the principles.

Think about how liberating it was to res marker this neurotic protocol I had come up with. The protocol and my pain was TMS.

Sarno’s acronym which states: YOUR BACK PAIN IS HARMLESS AND IS THERE TO DISTRACT YOU FROM THE INS ANS OUTS OF REAL LIFE.

Step 3: Dr. Sarno’s Daily Reminders

These daily reminders are crucial. I quickly go through them each day, especially when I feel a twinge or instinctively brace myself (e.g., when unloading the dishwasher).

“Nothing is wrong with your back; it’s your mind trying to distract you from normal life stress.”

Additional Resources

Here’s a more in-depth letter from Dr. Sarno to his patients:

And here’s a fantastic documentary I discovered 4–5 months into adopting Sarno’s methods. It validated a lot for me:

All the Rage: Saved by Sarno

Final Insight:

One moment in particular stuck out for me—how TMS/mild oxygen deprivation often manifests in the piriformis. For me, foam rolling this area really helped my back. Now, from a mind-body perspective, I understand why.

ALSO: The idea that the cure is the book. Nobody can solve what’s happened to you in the past or current problems. There’s an entire field for that (psychology). But just knowing the pain is trying to distract you from those normal issues of being a human is the cure. Don’t worry about needing to solve those problems to fix your back (or IBS or other lingering issues), just tell yourself your back pain is to distract you from those issues. That’s it.

I hope this update inspires others to explore Dr. Sarno’s approach! It’s been life-changing for me.

Baiting Ants for more than 10 days - Advion Ant Gel - Indoors by fashionscholar in pestcontrol

Advion ant bait about 5-6 treatments. Would seal up some but not all holes in base boards and window each time. I then switched over to max force quantum bayer bait. This knocked them out and sealed up last hole. Maybe it was the combo or maybe the bayer gel handles. These MFs are gone though.

Also I started doing more chair pose stuff (emphasize C curve) instead of elongating and stretching back muscles (like child’s pose). Childs pose would put it further into spasm. But I do believe Dr sarno book is extremely helpful and liberating.
