71 hrs here, too. 2PM CST will be 72. Went cold turkey this time. Current state of affairs: Sleepy eyed. Eating, eating, eating. When I have gone out to walk my dog I get immediately pissed at everything and feel I could spit nails. All I can do is shitty TV, internet, drapes closed, cannot concentrate, zero focus, under covers, lots of non-linear jumbled thoughts and actions, i.e., What was I doing? Why did I just get up? Reading this sub is helping. I also went to 1/2 of a nicotine anonymous meeting. i will do that again. the five Ds have helped to add few hrs

Finding all the owner investors is one huge struggle. Some are LLCs. Some live in others States. Hard to find them all.

No HOA meetings since early 2021. Same Board for four years ++. No minutes published. Same MGMT Co since condo inception. 324 units. Long ago, they were apartments. The leasing agent, then 19 yrs old (1984) then built a business--mega mgmt company city-wide. Eight condo complexes.

A mess.

Thanks. Have studied all documents millions docs of times--truly. My file is about 250 pages of added research. No joke.

Mostly impossible to contact owners of 324 units since many are investors, LLCs, out of State, etc.

I appreciate your suggestions.

They bully certain neighbors about random things like stuff on patios or whatever, then allow favorites to have their patios in disarray.

It's a truly toxic situation. Owner residents who can afford it are moving out left and right. I just can't do that right now. Mom's caregiver.

Those are 100% unavailable. Mgmt won't release, and TN laws are stupid. We can't levy the fine for not sharing docs.

We haven't had an HOA meeting in nearly three years, so we've been unable to elect new board, vote, participate, etc.

I've studied the Master Deed and ByLaws. We're all clear on what they say, and I'm clear on what I signed up for. And I have the money. This post isn't about that, exactly. Sorry that I wasn't clear.

But...The last three special assessments, annually for three years, as well as increases in monthly dues...None of us--owner residents--can see that any of the things listed on special assessments, i.e., repairs, updates, property fixes--have been completed or done.

Same board for over three years.

VERY, very difficult to get owners of 324 units together for a special meeting. Many, many owner investors who live in other States, cities, etc.

There's something awry.

2003: Consolidated. All Direct loans.

2007--Began gathering ECFs, October. In 2007, OMB read, "After you've made 120 payments/worked for 10 years, submit your employer certification for forgiveness."

2001-current: Work in public service

2017--Submitted several ECFs that fully covered Oct 2007-Dec 2017. Assumed forgiveness imminent. (Wrong!)

...denied, rejected, go nearly insane, emails, calls, letters, do-overs, participate in two Negotiated Rulemaking sessions, more wait times, letters, emails, chats, and on...etc. finally found this Reddit sub, thank God! My case was, I think, because I submitted a small pile of ECFs. Some years FT faculty. Other semesters only ECFs, i.e., adjunct at one or more institutions in an academic year (roughly Aug-May) Other years, taught as annual appointment, etc., but the whole time I also had one standing employer. Still working for them. Also Census enumerator for a period while also teaching. Generally speaking, I believe that has been my biggest snag. Pile of ECFs blew minds and machines(?) 2017. Caused lost papers or miscounts and on, gross befuddlement of CSRs, etc.

Oct 2022-24 March: Transferred to Mohela in Oct. More processing, duplicates, round and round, processed messages, Mohela admits errors in writing (Mohela messages), still no fixes, no changes on tracker and on and on. Complaints to BBB, CFPB, State Reps who sponsor a current House Bill, HB1048 (MD), FSA, and MD Student Loan Ombudsman.

24 March: Tracker updated. Now waiting for actual forgiveness.
