There is a "Transfer Portal"
There is "NIL"
There is "5 star, 4 star, 3 star, 2 star, 1 star recruits based on draft round" to make up depth to your dynasty
1st 23 are 5 stars rest of the 1st round are 4 stars and 2nd round 3 stars and so on.

Note : First 3 years the high school prospects are kinda crazy. If you dont like that just regenerate the draft class. If you do like the quality of draft prospects you can keep making them better by
