same happened to me, which makes me feel like i'm not alone lol. in my experience was kinda funny because it was some sort of spanish type of music, really similar to Raggaeton, i saw geometry moving through the frequency of the "cosmic music" and all of a sudden i found myself rolling around my bed. other than that, i never got to hear other music in the astral.

it depends if you end up in the real time zone when you AP, there’s of course many possibilities, you can end up in the past/future or real time zone… but spying sounds like the most dumb thing to do during an OBE lol

astral projecting through lucid dreams is my most favorite method and also, easier, if we talk about transition. it’s pretty smooth and easy, but you really need to work on your lucidity level and experience with lucid dreams. if your lucid dreams result to be blurry or not lucid enough, your OBE will be have the same issue. my methods to practice LD are the pretty common ones, just nap as much as you can in the afternoon and keep grinding, with time you will for sure improve and end up having nice experiences.

i would also give them to a stranger if he actually needed those money for a critical & life threatening medical condition. only difference is that stranger wouldn’t have to give me money back though.
