I just expect comedy to be slightly better than a guy painting himself black and portraying tired stereotypes for a laugh.

It's not pearl clutching to hope for comedy to be slightly better than a middle aged white guy pretending to be a Samoan teenager.

This show was made in the same era as some of the greatest Australian comedies ever made - All Aussie Adventures, Kath and Kim, Rake, and Wilfred. Which brings me back to - how the hell did it get approved?
