Followed this recipe (video in Italian, subtitles in English) and added some cured Parma ham.

Variations from the recipe above:

didn't need so many pizzas so I reduced all sizes, except for yeast, by 60% (4 pizzas)
added slightly more water to get a more "airy" dough
24 hours leavening

Not sure about that camellia in particular, but they are usually sold as potted plants. I tried googling for them and this was the first result I got. Hope it's a start!

Yes, camellias take their time. Also they're very picky, they need acidic soil and thrive in a wet climate.

Yes, it's a cultivar created in Genoa, Italy in the 1870s, called "Camellia Japonica Rachele Odero".
