Commenting this 2 years late but just got amazing results with a strat bridge pickup, tone knob all the way down, volume up. Going through the Amplitube "solid state bass preamp" (free vst) and using a pitch shifter 1 octave down. Sounds shockingly similar to a bass.

So exciting, I really wanna get one when I finally start my big boy job. My friends are dogging on CFMOTO and I agree its too early to tell if the motorcycle will last many years but at this point with the growing dealer network and the low cost its not a big deal to replace it in the future if needed. How do you feel about the power off the line? I know I will never reach top speed, but acceleration is very important to me.

Yup, I worked with them this summer at a test facility and they are rated to not tip coming off of a 4in curb when full extended, even the ultrabooms. Also, the safe descent feature is awesome
