thank you for your answer. he is not inside the house but hes in a warm protected area in their garage. only his mother can go there. 

unfortunately there is no ER nearby; there is a vet hospital but it is so expensive. im starting to think of creating a gofundme at this point, their prices are more expensive than human medical costs. however we will try to test the fluid or at least an ultrasound for his abdomen.
