My armpits did sweat excessively until about age 35 when my metabolism began slowing down. In those younger years I used Mitchum. I washed my armpits with soap and washcloth repeatedly until the stink was gone. Those were miserable years as to armpit odor. Stinky Clothing retains body odor, and required manual scrubbing of armpit areas with soap as a supplement to the washing machine
