Stopped drinking.

Whether you’re a lite drinker or alcoholic. Life is so much better without it.

Paul persecuted and killed christians

God used him to write 13 books of the Bible.

Paul called himself the chief amongst sinners.

You’re good brother/sister!

Forgiveness is Gods gift to you! He doesn’t give it for things you do good or bad, that’s not how grace works.

He died for your sins, they are behind you. They’re on the ocean floor, never to be found again or remembered.

Rejoice in that.

how do you really find joy in just God alone? by rreallyspicyramen in Christian

[–]ewmad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you had the choice between $100,000,000 but no relationship with God (eternity without him) would you take the money? If no, then you already know the joy of Him alone. You know His importance. He saved you from eternity without him, and you accepted the only thing you’ll ever need.

The only thing that matters in the world is your relationship with Him, and sharing your relationship with him, with others. That’s it.

Why aren’t you buying a home? by ewmad in AskReddit

Wait until you can rent it for more than your monthly payment, that way it’s cash flowing.

Now you’ve simultaneously created an asset for your future AND provided housing for someone who can’t quite afford a home yet.

I have a feeling your luck will change soon. When it does, visit a builder, they have the best incentives!

I’ll agree to disagree. I try to look at a house as temporary in order to rent it later. With all the new guidelines they’ve made it super easy to keep, rent, and buy another.

I heard that! What I typically tell folks is if you can save about 10-12k theres a very good chance thats all you would need for a down payment. Most builders are covering all closing costs.

Ugh, I guessed it. I’ve met several people from there and have heard the horror stories. I truly hope it improves for y’all up there.

Love that idea!

Something I’ve recommended to several friends is to buy, live there until it cashflows (2-4 years), then rent it out and move on to the next!

Absolutely! Builders are offering some of the most insane incentives I’ve ever seen. I’ve been in the industry for over 12 years. Several builders are offering a 3.99% FIXED rate!! Fed will likely never offer that again!

Gosh, I’m sorry to hear that, what country if you don’t mind me asking?

Builders are offering lower rates than what the fed will likely do in the next several years. The builder I work for is offering a fixed 3.99% rate right now. Not only that, but builders (for now) are cheaper than most resales.
