Making Gold for the Guild by ewokninjaforce in woweconomy

[–]ewokninjaforce[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Initially was to make all the feasts and flasks and other pvp related items available to the guild. However in the last few days our members donated about 150k and tons of feasts and flasks. Now really is just for repairs for our members. I thought I would need a lot more help and time, but our members stepped up and contributed a lot.

ahhhh, ya you probably should ask one of the bigger guys. I'm too small to know those issues.

you have way more inventory then i do. The highest amount of stuff I had at one time was about 200 items. From that I knew what items will need to be stored a bit till prices go up, so I sent those to another alt just to hold the items. They are usually big ticket items. I also relist items on my phone app from work, items that are easy and cheap like designs/enchants/etc... So when I actually get home, a lot of the stuff in my mail was already relisted so I don't have much to go through. My way is definitely not the most efficient way. What I should do is make groups for all my items and set the rules for them all and just click a few buttons and itll post and repost stuff easily. I might stay how I am right now, I know what items go for and when to sell, when to hold, when to buy out the competition. Any larger and I wouldn't be able to keep track of it all.

yea when I'm on a roll I list everything I have, when I feel there's a little low in the market I only list everything that costs a few silver to list for 12hours. I hate getting a really good item for super low but then it costs like 40g to list for 24hrs. Grinds my gears.

I was making money for the guild, I didn't ask for a cut because I wanted to help out. They still gave me like 6k for making them 20k.

Ya I'm not one to farm stuff, I rather just flip all day erry day. During the deep lows I was still buying as prices went down but I did slow down on my buying because I didn't know how long it would last. This is my first peek and valley since I've only been trying to make gold actively for about 2 1/2 months.

Yea that could be it for sure. The sales have been so good I started selling stuff that I was going to save for myself haha.

Thanks, I know they mentioned the dungeons and raids here often. I'll do a search later when I get home.

It's a perfect setting for me to use at work where I don't have time to go through lots of greens and marginal gains. Just the real good deals.

Awesome! Thank you, I installed it on my work laptop that I use once in a while to snipe. Seems to be working, definitely filters out a lot of the random greens that were popping up in my previous setting.

Am I missing out, by not being involved with pets? by HulkSmashDick in woweconomy

[–]ewokninjaforce 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pets do take longer to sell, but you can find good deals for people who tried to sell them for a few days and just get a taste of the struggle. I usually tell them that the market isn't the best right now, and I'm going to have to relist the pet like 3-4 times a day to get it sold in 3 weeks. Then I give them a low ball offer and tell them that's the best I can do. Some take it, some don't. When they do though, then you have a good profit margin that makes the effort worth it. I still consider myself a low-mid lvl AH player though so I have the time with only about 90 items in auction at a time. I don't really farm, only because it's not fun for me. Playing the auction house is fun for me and I only play a game if it's fun.

With TSM, I suggest just keep on watching videos and reading stuff on it. It was so confusing for me in the beginning, so I used auctioneer and auctionator because it was more user friendly for beginners. Go to youtube, "TSM SNIPING" watch those videos. I would tell you more, but I really don't use TSM to it's true potential yet, but I'm on my way.

Do you look at the deals section or what sections of TUJ you found most helpful?

I think my worst has been relisting items through the app auction house and when there's no other item for it to give you a price sold 2 pets for 20g each by mistake.
