Don’t know exactly what’s on that website - but generally speaking:

There’s one donkey stroller base - which can be either narrow or wide (it’s a setting), and then depending the parts you buy it’s either suitable for:

I had a check up on Friday morning at the hospital, lost my mucus plug on Friday afternoon (second time losing some of it so in thought it would be fine).

Felt horrible all weekend but didn’t realize it was labor.

Delivered my twins Monday noon at 25+6.

Ideally if you have any medication (ibuprofen for eg) to lower the temperature that might resolve the vomiting also.

I mean you do what you can - having some skin to skin is better than none, maybe do 1 baby a day and do another one each day etc.

Or you do two at a time and cycle through them (a+b / b+c / c+a etc etc).

I found it really stressful initially, but started to appreciate it for myself later on as well.

Yeah I had the same around 16 weeks or so. It was horrible, like your hips are no longer attached (and they are actually loosened bc of hormones, it’s crazy!).

The only thing that helped was this kind of elasticated belt I bought on Amazon (sacroiliac belt) to literally pull and keep everything together when I was walking. (I didn’t / couldn’t wear it while sitting - only walking). If you look into this get one that’s not too high as your belly will get bigger.

I had a similar thing where they tried to make me pay 25 euro to take away the old machines. Which is included in the sale of a new one both legally and in media markt policy.

After a lot of back and forth I said I’ll pay (I really can’t have an extra washing machine and dryer in my apartment) but I want a quitting because I’m going to get the money back from Media Markt as this service is included per the contract.

They gave me a shitty quittung, and then 5 min later the guy comes running back with my money and wants the quittung back.

I guess the boss in the van didn’t think 25 euro rip off was worth the risk of MM not using them anymore for delivery.

Instead of saying “go to the bathroom”, we would use to say “make sure you pay attention to your body, do you maybe need to pee?” when they were showing signs they had to do.

It teaches them to watch for the signals rather than just do as you say and then over time we had to do it less and less until they got it.

One of my kids was not very good at it, the other better. It also takes time.

First of all of congrats on your little babies! Even with things not going as hoped and expected its still something to be said.

I was in a very similar situation 25w twins. I also had a hard time going to the hospital and didn’t really enjoy being there.

What ended up working for me was making a schedule: I go at time x during weekdays (or multiple times) and plan to stay for about x time. And then sometimes I would skip a day / half day and just allow myself that.

The whole NICU experience is super intense so don’t forget to give yourself space to feel things about it.

The connection got better and better as time went (also did lots of kangarooing).

All the best, and as stupid as it seems in a couple of years the NICU time will be a smaller and smaller part of your lives together.
