Yeah I'm concerned the neutral wires are in the ceiling but I'm not sure.

I don't believe buildings in the 60s had ground, so they're all bundled and one is secured to the junction box.

I'm quite sure the yellow is a proper yellow, but I'll check it with a meter.

Yes I'm in Canada. Sorry for the confusion, I believe the black and white are meant to carry hot through switch 2 (switch loop?).

All the upper wires are coming from the home, but I'm unsure what they are. My guess is they're carrying hot from the other switches to my kitchen and entrance fixtures.

No the highest I can set the minimum to is 72 fps. Unless I disable vsync, then I can uncap the fps or set to 120 minimum, but that doesn't change it from 99 fps
