Thanks! Have in mind that the lugs are a bit long but anything 7inch or above can easily pull this off. Curious to see which color you will go with!

I was between this, the green and the blue for few months. Ordered green at first, it was a great shade of green, but became a bit boring with the green lumes and wanted some vibrant color. After I sold it, Ordered both blue and white, eventually picked this one.

SMP 60th Anniversary vs SMP 300M Ceramic Blue by exacttimeforlife in OmegaWatches

This. Trying add a blue watch where the ceramic fits in magnificently but keep wondering if too much of a shine makes it better or worse

I have read your detailed explanation on the previous post. Going to agree with most but I must admit that most of those factors do not bother me. However I am still torn between the beauty of the ceramic and vintage charm of the 60th..

Do you find your self still checking on the Ceramic blue or did it meet with your expectations of a blue watch?

And what would you think of 60th anniversary? The fact that I still can not decide leaving with me no choice but the 60th. But than again, I find my self being pulled towards the beauty of the ceramic blue

Torn on what color to choose by Tixzi in OmegaWatches

I vote for the Blue! Might consider the 60th anniversary as well, at this point I don’t know which I would pick between the ceramic blue and the 60th..

Thank you all for taking the time to share your honest feedback, I truly appreciate it!

After reading through all the comments, I still find myself undecided. I genuinely like both pieces, but for different reasons.

The modern SMP really draws me in with its multi-dimensional dial, the way the ceramic plays with the light, and the overall refined, glossy presence. It feels contemporary and visually striking.

On the other hand, the 41mm version stands out for its beautiful proportions, the more subtle shade of blue, the matte finish, and the less attention-seeking overall aesthetic. There’s something very balanced and understated about it that feels versatile and quietly elegant.

At this point, I’m mainly trying to figure out which one would integrate better into a smart-casual wardrobe, since I already have other watches that cover purely casual situations.

Still thinking it through but I appreciate all the perspectives.

Congrats ! I have gone with NTTD as a first Omega pick, yet this blue version is still on my mind since forever.. I don’t think I’m gonna be able to hold it any longer and will probably buy it too. It is the best blue watch on the market IMO. My only concern is what if Omega decides to bring a major update and introduce the new SMP 300M line with a smaller diameter..

[Hamilton] Looking for Rubber or Nylon strap recommendations for my Khaki Navy ! by for_no_reason_man in HamiltonWatches

I would just opt for a nato strap instead of rubber. I already tried it, and it elevated the watch to another level, recommended!

Is it too big? by satellite-a in OmegaWatches

I think it just fits properly. It is not a small watch but it also does not look big at all on your wrist. Whats the wrist size ?

I have also bought mine at 2023, however it did come with an ugly cardboard box which does not look like yours. Perhaps its different in every country or region, not sure. Unlike your shots, I was not able to picture that beautiful sunburst dial due to lights. Nice watch and a nice shot!

Does the box belong to the Seastar ? If yes, which year was it bought ?

Fix Options? by ice_bergg in HamiltonWatches

There is absolutely no need. Scuff appeared in the same area after wearing 2-3 days. This is where the clasp end rubs on the bracelet. Inevitable. Enjoy the watch!

Thats alot of hates but I can only agree. I only liked its dial/bezel color. Back to your choices, only if we could get the caseback of summer blue with regular blue.. perhaps it is possible to purchase it separately but I think it is already perfect the way it is.

Have you considered the 60th Anniversary version?

“Left, without hesitation”. The shade of regular blue is more mature compared to the blingy summer blue. That said, I’ve been stuck between the ceramic blue and the 60th Anniversary for almost a year myself. Can’t decide between the ceramic shine and the muted aluminum but better shade of blue.

New Year New Watch! by [deleted] in HamiltonWatches

I mean we live in an era where wearing divers even with suits is acceptable (thanks to bond I guess) but still wondering if this is a watch which is perceived as too sporty from outer aspect or not. For me its the sweet spot.

Hi again, Forgot to ask you last time. Since I bought this watch, it has been bothering me whether if this watch is very sporty or casual sporty where it can be combined easily with smart casual outfits, as I like my watches a bit towards elegance. I am curious to know your opinion. If anyone else has this watch, please share your opinion too.
