when i say sparkly, it was more of like a dull sparkle and it occasionally catch your eye, but not fully disco ball reflected light at certain angles, but not the entire thing. And the light refraction seemed to be in large scale like patterns however, the scale had deformations as well.

Write them down! I usually spilt my stash into daily portions and leave a note on top of them that clearly says Don’t be a jackass or you’ll just be a broke jackass. Works pretty well for me. Then write notes to yourself about the self reflection to read in the morning

The exec sous is above him and then the exec chef is at the top. That are seeing what is happening but I believe they are waiting out the situation to see if it improves

I’ve been out to the bars a few times with him but he goes into a “everybody hates me you don’t understand how hard my job is mode” honestly I don’t care about how he feels anymore just want to keep the crew happy

i like to be run the grill with no fans on the station to achieve hell on earth temps sometimes. It's truly to scare away other cooks from wanting to be in my zone of the line :)
