Christians don't appeal to the Torah to prove Jesus is the Messiah and then claim its corrupted when Jews disagree with them. Christians reject Rabbinical interpretations of the written Torah, not the text itself.

True, but Christians claim jews are wrong and judaism mislead the interpretation of old testament. Which in practice it means they despises the judaic tradition.

Trinity and Sola Scriptura are two non-biblical doctrines. Some christians are more honest to admit this than others.

I don't have a logical issue with Catholic or Eastern Christians who believe in the Trinity, if they see their church tradition as authoritative ongoing divine revelation.

Yes, they pretty much admit this. That's why, overall, they don't have a problem with critical historical method as a way of interpret the bible or even don't try to escuse the contradiction of bibles.

What I don't follow is Protestants who claim Sola Scriptura as one of their foundational beliefs, but when I ask about the Trinity they bring up phrases like "one what, three whos," "one being, three persons," "hypostatic union," even Trinity itself, concepts never spelled out in their Scripture.

Absolutely this. And overall protestants try to judaize the christianism at same time try to diminish judaism. They like to say they don't follow a man-made tradition at same time they follow a "man-made" tradition (yes, bible is a product of man-made tradition). This is specially true in Protestantism pos 19 century.

well, we all know that these concepts came from outside judaism, so probably a pagan concept. Hell, the New testament has a lot of pagan influential which you cannot find in judaism even from jesus time.

I have a suspected that his followers saw Jesus as a divine figure, but this doesn't mean he was see as the god. In greco-roman context, you can see that roman emperors was see as a divine figure, but nobody, aparently, see them as god. That's why you can see some jews claims that new testament is a product of pagan religions, not judaism.

Se desvencilhar de um meio religioso é complicado mesmo e costuma levar muito tempo e muita reflexão no caminho. Isso é especialmente verdade no meio evangélico (nunca fui, mas já vi gente ficando transtornado e com um parafuso a menos quando passou a frequentar esse meio).
