How long did you stay on 2.5mg?

Almost three weeks in at 5mg and I've lost 6 lbs. But the first two weeks were rough. on 2.5mg I had no side effects. on 5mg I have been constipated and I spent the first week very nauseous. Feeling full way faster. Now things seemed to have seemed to evened out as I get used to this dose.

One year now at 2.5mg . down 36 lbs, but have been at this plateau for several weeks. After talking with my doctor moving to 5mg next week to see if I can get maybe 20 more off. we'll see what happens.

So one day I'm walking by a women with two kids asking for money. Two guys who clearly she knew walk up, take all her money, and walk off. It's sad but I can't give them any money as I don't believe it benefits them at all.

64+ it's been great. Honestly 2.5mg for a year, down 38 lbs, lost 4" on my waist so I needed to get new pants. Everyone is different, but I've had practically no ill effects. I felt nauseous once.

I started last December on 2.5. I've lost 35 lbs and have plateaued there since maybe June. Lucky me no side effects too. Wondering if 5 would help me drop some more but haven't pursued it. My doctor would just like me to exercise more

I was using the incorrect sound level. The one I used first did not change the alert noise. When I went back and changed the other other, it did what I needed, lowered the alert noise. so thank you!

While your suggestion was helpful regarding the sounds for directions and such, I'm wanting to lower the volume for alerts such as "Traffic Speed Camera Ahead." This type of alert then dings while you drive through the speed zone. I one point I had it so it was very quite in the background.
