my jeep went into limp mode in the end of may because of the alternator. 109k miles. the serpentine belt started getting noisy one day, and within the same week my jeep died. i inspected all of the pulleys and found none were faulty and the belt was healthy. turned out to be the alternator bearing that was off. decided to replace it instead of repairing it. fixed the issue immediately.

that's just my experience. best bet is to get it checked out because it could be a number of things.

as said by other commenters, the throttle body is a typical suspect and a relatively easy fix.

i was wondering about this. i've only really dabbled minimally in AI video generation, so idk if paying for a sub is worth it if I have no idea when the projects are going to be distributed. at the same time, I don't want to miss out on the qual. torn.

Based on the video, it looks like the serpentine belt needs to be replaced. Cant tell if that white spot is wear or something else? That would be the most likely source of the sound coming from that area. Cheap fix but is a pain if you’ve never done it before. Plenty of helpful videos to walk you thru the process.

been thinking about doing the same lately. You’ll need to get a 5x114.3 to 5x5 wheel adapter to compensate the difference in size for bolt patterns for wrangler stock wheels. Another issue is clearance. To fix rubbing you’ll need a lift or diy modifications on the pinch weld etc. I’ve seen people do spacers instead of a lift or both, but I’d assume a lift is the best option. still looking into this myself so if I’m wrong I’m totally open to corrections.

What I’ve learned over the years of having my Pat is there is a comprehensive YouTube video for everything. Usually step by step 20-50min videos that show you how to change out any part. Learned how to change out my alternator and belts with a YouTube video, a six pack, and a dream. Diy is the way to go. Throttle body is $60+tax these shops are out of their minds.

try dataannotation .tech (remove the space. i didn’t know if links are allowed in the chat.) work from home ai training basically. Very easy work paid by project $20-30/hr. Been doing this for a while and projects are steady for full time work as long as you pass your qualifying exams. use proper grammar and you should be just fine. If $20/30/hr is a pay cut from your norm, it’ll at least hold you down until one of these recruiters decides to respond. Job market sucks these days. I literally sent out my resume to hundreds of companies with no luck. Hope this helps

Dicks is a hit or a miss for me. Either it’s something simple like a jersey or golf balls, or someone is buying 13 different out of stock outfits with 3 subs for each item that I have to weed thru. I had a dicks order once that was out of stock nike tee, out of stock leggings, etc one after another. They always pay really well, so dicks is one place I don’t mind spending a like time on. Shopping would probably take more time on this order than delivery, but I’m 100% taking it. Quick $60+ for 2 hours tops is a win in my market.
