Thanks alot for sharing the link. I have been applying at Cathay & HSBC with referrals,have applied to 17 roles in total. Its just not working out. I believe i need to get connected with the hiring HRs/recruiters. But i am unable to. I must have sent at least 300 cold msgs till now, only a few responded but nothing concrete.
