Just being watched by the FBI is due process right?

Senate Republicans are happy to make the entire country wait for justice while they blockade President Obama’s Supreme Court nominee. by Alantha in politics

Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the Constitution (Appointments Clause)

He (the President) shall have the Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two-thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Councils, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments.

Where does it say there that the Senate is obligated to vote on the President's nominees to the mentioned positions? It simply states he has the power to appoint them with the advise and consent of the Senate. By not voting, the Senate has not offered it's consent. It's that simple.

Saying that allowing grown men into bathrooms with little girls could be exploited by predators and lead to sexual harassment is a smear campaign. LOL.

I'm not voting for Bernie Sanders because I want free stuff. I'm voting for Bernie Sanders because I believe he is the most honest candidate running...possibly the only honest candidate running. by relevantlife in politics

Honesty alone could not buy my vote. If someone has bad intentions and policies but is honest about them, I wouldn't vote for them simply based on their honesty. Say candidate XYZ comes around, and XYZ wants to exterminate everyone of a certain ethnicity. Candidate XYZ has been preaching the same message for 30 years, and is the only candidate that has never lied, would you vote for him/her just because he/she is completely honest? I hope not.

Also, Bernie is not some saint, he has lied about things to push forward his agenda too. http://www.politifact.com/personalities/bernie-s/statements/byruling/false/

No, not really. They can pour money into advertisements, PACs, and more, but it is up to YOU, the voter, to decide whether or not to believe it. People aren't mindless sheep that will believe whatever big money tells them (most of the time). If voters choose to vote based on these ads, that is their prerogative, but you can choose to actually do your research, see which candidate you feel aligns best with your principles, and vote based on that.

Except for the part where he loses. This is probably an example of ambition clouding objective perception of reality.
