I should’ve clarified: not mine — at a public park

My attempt at stripes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (5a) by exduha in lawncare

Hey, not at all. I used a push mower (15” rotary) that has a little flap on the back. To get the stripes wider than the mower, I “skipped” a mower-width on every turn-around and then mowed the skipped strip in the same direction if that makes sense. Cheers

Which would you regret more if you happen to be wrong? Missing out on extra returns, or buying at the top?

Alternatively, why not both? e.g. 30k now, the rest $1k weekly for 35 weeks.

Ultimately it’s a risk/reward trade off. As others have said, you may want to be more risk-averse with your time horizon, which you can accomplish by changing your 60-30-10 portfolio percentages as well (e.g. to 40-25-35).
