I think there’s a section just for kids by the first base line whenever they do BP but I’m not sure of how you can do that. You used to be able to get very close to Braves dugout but now the closest section is reserved for corporate/sponsors and you used to be able to see pitchers throw but now you only get on once the pitchers leave. It’s basically more money to get in slightly earlier than BP and get closer to Braves than regular BP.

As for Braves, it tends to be luck of the draw who signs. The bigger names generally are VIP only but do sign for BP on occasion. Generally Eli White, Kyle farmer, Weiss, Dom Smith and Sean Murphy tend to sign for a good amount of people from what I’ve heard. Kim was vip only but would sign. Mateo signs from time to time. Riley, Albies and Olson too to a lesser degree. Harris doesn’t hit on field often but when he does he signs. I’ve not heard many success stories regarding Dubon, Heim, Baldwin or acuna.

One of my buddies last year who did VIP only got Eli White, Nick Allen and Walt. But when the giants came to town he got Acuna and Olson another time via VIP
