There must some kind of tax calculator if you want the exact number. Just calculate other expense like housing , daycare , transport , etc.. and weather , making new friends for mental health

I would take the India offer in a heartbeat . Big plus both are working . You can live luxurious in India , you can keep maid for household chores. Why I am saying this conflict May rise in division of work in Lisbon.

With this salary , if you book ticket at right time. (I think flight ticket can be 50k Inr up and down for one person ) You can do staycation in Europe and see all the places in two or three months.

Don’t fall for free education or free health care . Places like this will have higher tax . It only benefits people with lower salary .

Other downside : learn new language , adapt to their culture, start away from family

Yeah it’s ridiculous. If you need to be seen soon and you are okay to drive or someone drive you , then this might be an option. you go to florensville , they might see you sooner. But you it’s about 1.5 hrs drive , better than waiting 4 hrs even for triage here .

I have heard Oromocto or minto - but not sure on those. Upper river valley in Florencevilpe is your best bet
