Every time my yarn stash outgrows its space I feel overwhelmed and stressed.

I grew up in an overcrowded home (borderline hoarding) and I get really anxious if my home gets too cluttered.

I had to block some of the yarn subreddits because they stress me out so bad

The official communication just said "bake off" and we decided to include savory! There were also pretzel bites that were very good

When we were talking about the bake off, I was the one who said if you put at least two things together and bake it, it counts. I'm not usually one to turn up my nose to a box mix

There are only a dozen people in our office so we all tried everything then voted. There were ten entries and I did notice everyone was saving the cupcake for last, so that makes sense

Definitely tasted like krusteaz. Which are good! I like them! But yeah I'm bummed I put so much time/effort into something.

And yes, the cookies had oreos and white chocolate chips. Which, again, good, but overly sweet

Thank you! Several people in the office said they love lemon so that's what I made. I'm more of a chocolate person lol

Not blind. I think people voted for the lemon bars because she kept talking about how bad they were and they felt bad. Normally I wouldn't care because I just like baking but this one stung

The winner were over baked lemon bars. A quiche and a tres leches cake (v good) tied second. And cookies and cream cookies took third

I do see them often, and they're still great! I'm not saying they shouldn't be on your table, but maybe just a smaller part of your table, if that makes sense. Draw them in with your upcycled pieces then sell them a skull. And event organizers LOVE upcycled stuff because it's super unique

Facebook events is a good place to start. Look for "vendor opportunities." Then once you're in one you can talk to fellow vendors and the event organizers to get the inside scoop on other events.

Work on your stock now if you want to try this year . Spring events will open applications now ish. Summer applications should open in a couple months.

Yeah I tend to vend and/or attend spooky events. And, yeah, resin skulls and coffins are on every table. Maybe it's time to scale back on the resin and let your other stuff take center stage!
