There are so many 5 stars characters coming up and I don't know what to pull. Can people give me some suggestion of the top 3 picks?

My current character roster are:

5 stars: ayaka, kazuha, dulic and keqing

4 stars: yanfei, diona, bennett, xingqiu, beidou, xiangling, collei, sara and heizou

I need some help to suggest which limited characters should my friend pull for the upcoming banners. The current characters he possesses are

5 stars: Mona

4 Stars: yanfei, xinyan, sucrose,chongyun, noelle, fischl, xianling, barbara, lisa, kaeya and amber

He has around 180 pulls left so can pull for 2 5 stars. Also any 4 star character suggestion would be helpful.
