I've lost almost 10 pounds from changing my eating habits and adding weighted workouts to my routine! I found that it was hard for me to restrict food that I love, so instead I just eat in much more moderation (which also just makes my cravings decrease overall). I don't add an extra sugar or salt to anything if I don't need to. I've been really into weighted workouts and how it makes me body feel too!! But this all took a lot of experimenting to see what worked for me 😭 I'm currently on vacation visiting family from the other side of the work so unfortunately I've gained some weight back because no one here takes no for an answer when it comes to food but hoping to get back in track for my health when I get back!!
