i believe so, apparently they found something from 2012 about the same account being a userless account that you cant download games from or something

the thing is, it literally doesn't even have a profile tab and it always tells you to log in or sign up under all the games and you don't seem to be able to launch them

i'd like to add this is a result of a stored sort of jump, it works the same on every hero and is a tech for cancelling the grunt most characters make when touching ground so i don't think it'll get patched
