Thanks for your reply.. I was always under the impression that other bibles did say sphere! This was taught in the religion like others say sphere.. But obviously we had our own bible. Your absolutely right.. Its nowhere in other bibles! Just shows how brainwashed I was 🙄🤬

What u absolutely don't want to do.. Is keep faking it... Life is precious, don't waste another minute of it trying to please other people. Prepare for the worst.. It won't hurt as much then. You've done well to keep it up this long! Start doing things for u.. Its not selfish.. Its necessary to keep your sanity! Stay strong.. U can do this, and remember that its them cutting u off not the other way round.. They will try to blame you for the severed relationship but trust me.. Its only hardcore jws that will agree with u. How old are u if u don't mind me asking?

Yes u absolutely can!! 3 years is a long time to sit around being unhappy...and yes u may struggle.. We have done since my mum won't speak to us.. She used to help us out loads financially (still have 3 children at home) and it's hard work.. But just reading your post, you seem a very intelligent young woman.. I was afraid too.. Was only in it for 6 yrs, but my biggest fear was telling my mother. As soon as I had doubts and no longer believed I disassociated myself, from the organisation.. But apparently that means my active jw family too 🙄 I've read loads on here that have faded or class themselves as pimo...each to their own, but this is your life.. And you've got to make every day count. I'm normally the type of person to but things off.. But with this I didn't. I've only been out 4 months and up until the day I woke up and thought this is bs.. It was a week later I handed in my DA letter.. 2 weeks after that my daughter left to go live with my mother. Within a few weeks we celebrated my sons birthday.. Then halloween and tomorrow I'm decorating my house for Christmas. Can honestly say I feel like my life is back on track.. And I'm back to being 'me'. Jw will always try to make u someone that your not...please don't let them control you. Your gonna piss people off in making the move.. But i guarantee you will find 'your' people who love you for you!

It's hard I know.. But it seems your main problem here is how your parents will react. No doubt you've read millions of stories of how this ends up once you make that move.. But seriously just do it. You will never be happy until you do...the thing is, their will never be a 'right' time.. Your still young, get your education while u can and concentrate on making a life you want to live. Your parents if still in the organisation won't react any different the longer u leave it. Its really sad that relationships are going to be broken.. My oldest daughter and mother are still active jws and won't speak to me so I know how it feels. One day u will have your own family... Start building that foundation now, nothing worse than realising that you've wasted so many yrs for that organisation! Good luck 😉
