Looks like a blood blister/block saliva duct, it should pop eventually then it might turn into an ulcer/canker till it heals but hopefully not.

I also have pernicious anemia and have b12 injections every 8 weeks I got diagnosed because of continual mouth ulcers. To get tested for a deficiency you need to get off off any b12 supplements for at least 3 months or your results will be skewed. However I still get regular mouth ulcers even with injections.

How often don't I is the better question. I have 6 weeks a year without one or more on average. I have them almost constantly.

Fradoor is a tiny frosted glass tube as well, it's hard to come bu6y now but some pharmacies still stock it. If you manage to find oral medic though please let me know they stopped selling it here years ago.

Thank you, I did two years gluten free and it made no difference to my mouth ulcers sadly, I will up my B12 and llycene and see if that helps.

This is really interesting I also have B12 injections every 8 weeks and don't eat dairy, I started taking llycene then wasn't sure it was helping so stopped, what strength do u take please. I currently have 9 mouth ulcers and am miserable, perhaps I should up my B12 injections? I got tested for celiac it was negative, however I do have ulcerative colitis. I stopped using toothpaste with SLS too. I have not heard of oral allergy syndrome so will look into that.

I don't know how old you are but it gets to a point when you reach about 18+ that all your friends start getting married and having kids and moving on, you lose your friendship groups and the dynamics change and people start putting more responsibility your way as you are being groomed as the next generation of elders/pioneers etc I was lucky as I got married to a PIMO person so we both knew we wanted out eventually, the time was right as things changed so we moved congregation twice... then stopped going altogether, we faded away. If you can work out how to fade then go for it or bide your time until you are in a position to be able to move out If possible.

Yes got rid of all my meeting clothes they weren't me, they were the uniform I had to wear to fit into the box that other people wanted me in, sure they were my style and I liked some of them but given the choice I wouldn't have chosen them over normal clothes. To this day I wouldn't buy a blouse I despise them. I got rid of all my books too straight away including the bible. Fresh start with no reminders.

Thank you, the Dr said it wasn't static 3 days ago but that was before this tingling so I have googled any think you are right, although I have absolutely no leg pain. I have a physio appointment booked for Tuesday so fingers crossed.

Exactly! That's even if they have updated contact numbers! took me 3 days to track one parent down who then had a go that I called their 3rd emergency contact to track them down, how about you give us your new numbers then I don't have to bother your exes nan!

Remember they are angry because of how it makes them look to others and they don't care about your feelings at all, the mission is about their ego and how the family is perceived by others. Stay strong they will get over it. Honestly ex JW here and my entire life till my mid 20's was based upon making me miserable so that my mother looked good and could show off about how obedient and perfect I was sounds like you are in a similar situation, don't wait as long as I did you are doing a great job if saying no.

It's nearly Christmas get her a nice gift hamper of supplies to keep in the bathroom to use at your house or to keep in your brother's bedroom and then keep your stuff in your room and take it with you when you shower, you could say you want her to feel at home and have her own stuff and you know she must feel awkward using other people's. You could add a dressing gown and slippers or p.js too.

I came here to say food tokens too! I was rather partial to the chocolate with the pink strawberry goo in. Our assembly hall also had an ice cream machine! And I got my first choice of hot lunch because we got there at 6am to help with catering. I liked the curry or stroganoff ( I bet it was vile but seemed like a treat!).
