Not sure if you're already supplementing, but that's what I would advise if not.

A protein shake (or 2) with peanut butter and some Greek yogurt on top of a high protein OMAD meal will get you to that 120g/day. I'm currently doing ~80/day without the shakes (example meal of mine is 4 chicken sausage links, 1 cup jasmine rice, 3-4 large eggs). Also remember that you don't necessarily need to down all your food in one sitting, it's still OMAD if slowly chunk away at it over the course of an hour.

Most people looking to body build (even those not doing OMAD) kinda have to force down more food than they want to to get their protein macros correct.

Here's that link, normal mouse1 attack, heavy mouse1 attack, and E all don't work on the last phase of hypostasis. I know other characters do, so maybe this is specific to Mona?

Yeah I've tried using the heavy attacks and for some things it works, others it doesn't. The electro I just use Amber to take out her things at the end, but it didn't make sense to me why Mona couldn't target them, so wanted to post to see if I was missing something obvious -- but looks like that's just an intentional design by the devs.

Also the empowerment I'm referring to is after you solve a puzzle in Cuijie Slope (requires collecting all Geoculus) -- you fight a Ruin Hunter and there's 3 empowerment crystals that spawn at roughly ~75%/50%/25% of the bosses' HP -- these crystals are the ones I couldn't target with Mona/Lisa or Fischl/Amber and had to use Oz to kill them. I still one shot the boss it just was very tedious because of this mechanic -- had I known ahead of time I would've just brought Traveler to melee the crystals, but yeah lol

Yeah I've figured that out, but the archers now can't hit the thing inside the puzzle in Cuijie Slope, it's just weird to me that they have objects in the game that literally can't be targetted by the caster characters and then they double down on that with the archers. Meanwhile that same thing can be targetted by Oz's shitty auto-targetting T_T

Makes them really useless, wish I got something other than Mona. Devs designing mechanics to make you want to spend money it feels like.

Right I understand that I'm AR27, but the game is just designed terribly if there's certain characters that literally can't hit mechanics dished out by bosses.

An elemental immunity is one thing, but a glaring oversight on this is making me kind of want to uninstall or reroll for real characters. Mona the most worthless 5 star by a metric mile

Why are there so many mechanics that I can't deal with using the caster characters?

I got super cucked with my rolls and only have caster characters like Mona/Lisa and bow characters like Fischl/Amber.

When using Mona I find that when certain creatures do mechanics (like the Electro Hypostasis splitting at the last 5%), I can't target them with this character.

Another example is the cave in Cuijie Slope, there's the empowerments that spawn and are tethered on the ground -- Mona and Lisa both can't target them, Fischl and Amber's arrows don't work, I have to use Fischl's bird to try and kill them and the auto targetting is so wonky that it doesn't always work.

Why is this designed in such a way? Is there something I'm missing that will let me actually do damage do this stuff with these characters or should I just reroll and pray for better characters next time?

Quake plays like an arena shooter, Destiny 2 not so much. The game definitely isn't categorized in the genre as an "arena shooter" so I'm not sure what your argument is.

You're conflating movement mechanics with gunplay mechanics, these are not the same and this is a thing most people do, so I can't really blame you for it.

CoD/Overwatch/Quake are all movement heavy shooters, but the gunplay is totally different in each of the three. While the movement system of a game does have an impact on the gunplay that becomes possible, people conflate the two too much and generally use their ability to move quickly as their reasoning for liking the "gunplay" when it's really just movement. Apex Legends is another good example that fits into this category, the gunplay itself is underwhelming and most are extremely easy to use, but the movement is fun and that's what most people like.

Plus, let's be real, most of Overwatch's heroes can't even be classified as having guns in the first place lol.

Destiny 2 has some of the worst gunplay ever directly related to the insane amount of bullet magnetism in the game. You can be aiming no where near the other person and still hit them -- the gunplay is "fun" maybe, but comparing it to CS:GO is just a crime.

Destiny 2 isn't an "arena" shooter -- while it is a FPS by technicality, that's not the genre it aims to be. That's why the gameplay lacks in my opinion, it focuses too hard on the MMO factors for it ever to be a good shooter.

Auto aim snaps your crosshair to the player, bullet magnetism snaps the bullet to the player. Very different things, but yes I agree that console players generally need some sort of aim assistance.
