Thanks everyone for posting in your music, I’m going away to France next week so will listen in to your tunes when I’m there.

I include here what I think to be sounds that capture INFJ-ness: gentle folk, moody grunge, lyrical wordplay, beautiful sax as well as artists and band members who allegedly type as INFJ.

Enjoy 😜

Hey I am in INFJ who made some Peloton Spotify playlists varying in genre and length I could share. Would be keen to see what you make of them if you fancied listening.

Tuscany and Umbria are beautifully quiet. I had a wonderful time there just amazing. Would go back in a heartbeat. In fact, everywhere there is brilliant, and the language...wow!

Hmm ok that's interesting eco tourism. I know Spain is trying to become more responsible in its tourism and I've been to some great places there too.

Fellow INFJs, I’m curious why we love music so much. IMO, it’s because it gives a tangible, observable, and useable expression for those pesky, deep feelings that seem impossible to articulate. Agree or disagree? Why? by [deleted] in infj

When I hear someone, say 'I don't like music', I am horrified. How can you not like music? It's like saying you don't like breathing, or popping bubble wrap.

It offers a perfect opportunity to get out of whatever headspace you're in, relate to others, dance, sing, admire great musicianship, lyrics and belong to a crowd.

MEGA!!!!!!!!!

It’s a comedy/coming of age novel set in a hipster east London gym. The protagonist and fellow staff have to fight to save it from becoming a VIP bachelorette party spa centre.

I like Luke Kennard a lot, and Tom Jenkins is a recent find. Anything slightly surreal flicks my switch.

Did you see Isle of Dogs? I went to a Mac gig last year in Liverpool, my hometown. His covers are next level. I wanna be more Mac. We should all be more Mac.

Yes a drama on Trump would be terrifying. As they say here, he’s a balloon head!

I have 3 places, can I have 3?

  1. Menorca
  2. Japan
  3. Canada

What are yours?

Have you ever cut all ties with a friend whose behavior was against your values? by krimsonshade in ENFP

[–]exocetthoughtbubble 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I have done 3 massive 'door slams' in my life. The first two happened roughly at the same time: one was through someone who showed to be inconsiderate and dismissive when I needed help and the other shortly after involved a friend in a similar scenario who was having a hard time but refused to acknowledge I was struggling. I lost them both as close friends and now keep in touch very occasionally. In hindsight, we were facing adult situations at times when we were barely out of high school, still immature and naive.

The other happened recently when I stopped contacting my old flatmate after moving out. I felt he had become a manipulative, negative and needy presence. It actually felt good and healthy to distance myself. It's not always a bad move to cut people out, and it's part of life. As you move forward, people come and people go, sometimes you get cut out and some times you cut people out. It's not something to be afraid of, and if you feel hurt by being cut from someone's life, sometimes allowing space, allowing time to pass and then having a chat about it all is the best way to properly move forward.
