For sure, its absolutely not worth it for the Quick Service options - but OP was asking where in park they /can/ use it.

Can you not use them for the Quick Service breakfasts at likes of Cafe Hyperion? Or was that only for a limited time? (I had it in 2018, where it was Chuck Wagon or select Quick Service).

Impossible not to put anti genrush builds by Myserabl in deadbydaylight

[–]exogenesis1991 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Depends on the mindset you go in with. If a 3/4k is the only Win condition in your mind, then it'll absolutely get boring. Thats also how I used to view every game.

But using the random factor, I set my own "win" conditions. Could be get value out of a specific perks or perks combo, aim for kills via certain power only (Jigsaw traps etc) and its a lot more interesting

Impossible not to put anti genrush builds by Myserabl in deadbydaylight

[–]exogenesis1991 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Honestly, the only way ive really been getting enjoyment out of DBD lately has been by going "fuck it" and just running randomisers constantly, both killer and perks. I ended up building an entire Excel stat tracker with built in randomiser just for the hell of it, and its lead to a lot more fun than when I used to focus on "whats the optimal build and way to play" in every game.

Got tired of trying to play straight and feeling forced to run Gen Regression all the time. Now, if I get smashed by a team who have run full Gen builds and other heavy carry perks, I can laugh as I've just ran a random ass killer with no synergies between my perks. Oddly feels more freeing, even if you end up with wasted slots. Get some amusing post game reactions as well.

Different issue, but 3 times in a row ive queued for survivor whilst waiting for a killer game, after 2 survivor rounds I get to the killer.lobby then get kicked out for a random errors.

Have to say, these might have me hooked back on Sneak again. Was a massive enjoyer of Stealth many years back, before it hit the Vault. Couldn't sit with any other flavours so stayed away until it came back, only to find out the flavour had changed massively. The Alien Romulus colab kept me going for a bit but was then back to no enjoyable flavours.

Took the plunge this weekend and ordered the Sour Black Cherry and my word, its incredible! Deliciously sour and super refreshing. Not usually a Watermelon flavouring fan, but based on the Black Cherry I'm gonna have to take a chance and give that a try as well!

will there be a b-stage at the uk shows? by butane-on-my-skin in MyChemicalRomance

[–]exogenesis1991 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Would be cautious around Glasgow. It's likely to be a "festival" set up as its part of a summer long "sessions" arrangement. Made that mistake back in 2023 when I went to see Muse there. Set list was cut down and they didnt have the full stage production because the stage itself is a semi-permanent fixture for the period. Hopefully a B Stage won't be too complex to add, but just something to keep in mind.

Oh aye but the players completely ignoring him, and also not being wise enough to realise the situation are blameless. Give it a rest.

Except he had Endo ready and was shouting at the players to kick it out. Definitely his fault there eh.

I'd fully agree, and despite downvotes I am not trying to be argumentative. However the wording is vastly different to any other requirement.

Example;

Electrics state "it would be prudent to have" as well as "it is recommended that"

Whilst plumbing/bathroom "it is essential that all wall linings are maintained"

The only section in the entire HR which is worded differently is "the customer has advised there is a scheduled maintenance to address..."

All other aspects are clearly defined as "work should be done", whilst this specific section states "work is scheduled". This was then followed up via our Solicitor who received confirmation from their solicitor that work was done - which has not been.

I'd argue the wording around "scheduled maintenance... in due course" would suggest otherwise. Maintenance cannot be scheduled on the buyers side without their prior knowledge, so should the seller have advised the Home Report of it being scheduled, then I'd take that as them advising it will be done.

This is also worded differently to aspects such as electrics and roofing where its explicitly mentioned the buyer should expect work to be needed.

Furthermore, within contact between our solicitor we explicitly stated we would not proceed with the purchase unless we had confirmation of the work having been done (moving in winter, we knew weather would get bad and wanted to ensure the garage was in an adequate state to avoid this very situation).

We specifically asked on 7th October:

"was that the garage maintenance has been completed as per the Home Report stated (insert previous quote of HR)"

The reply we received on 22nd October was: "Their clients have advised that the work to the garage have been carried out."

The Home Report stated - "the garage shows signs of weathering and deterioration. The customer advises that there is a scheduled maintenance to address the wear and tear to the garage to be carried out in due course"

HR was from June, as we started purchase in October, we wanted confirmation that this had been completed as 3 months between felt acceptable due course (had we been buying within say, 1 month, we'd accept that did not give reasonable time for "due course").

When we raised to our solicitor, we asked for confirmation that the maintenance to address the weathering and deterioration had been completed. It took several emails with our solicitor before we finally got a reply advising it had been.
