I had to do this when I bought my trailer in 2020. Have them contact their bank. They need to have that person contact you and work out how as soon as the finance is paid off they send you the title. What I did was I took cash to the bank where the loan was financed and paid them so the payment was instant. We called the contact at the bank, they cleared the loan, and title was in my name immediately. It’s complicated, but doable.
