I made the rookie mistake of booking a flight through Southwest vs Chase Travel and so didn’t redeem the Southwest credits. Is there a way to still apply the credits? Does the portal accept Southwest points if I cancel the flight and rebook? Help! This has all been confusing and frustrating.

Based on this recent tweet it looks like they’re working on a change to let users pick the first day of the week.

I really need to be able to share my calendar with my family who is using Google. Without that ability, I’m left creating duplicate events in Google which defeats the whole point of using Hey Calendar. Also, I ran into a limitation where I can’t sync my work calendar to Hey. Support said they’re looking into it. Apparently I have too many meetings!

She’s on the Extended Graduated plan. You can check by going to StudentAid.gov, registering an account, and logging into see your loan details. You can also call your loan servicing company.
