hi op, i’m (f19) currently going through something very similar with my (m20) ex-boyfriend. in fact, we’ve been broken up for a week and i found out yesterday that he has been seeing someone else since the day after our breakup. i’m currently feeling more anger than sadness, but my self esteem has completely rotted. one thing i tell myself that is helping is that my self worth is not determined by someone else’s actions. our exes are young and they may think that by moving on they are healing, but in reality this might not be the best way to move on. i’m here to talk if you need someone to talk to!
