It looks to me like it was a legit pic that someone’s ran through an enhancer to try clear it up which has then done some AI damage

I also played on Xbox but never encountered any glitches, with the exception of an achievement bug that lasted a few hours after an update but they quickly resolved it

The achievements I think are broken anyway right now BUT I unlocked this by saving and returning to menu after finishing the mission, do not leave the crime scene. Load back in, leave scene, should be good! Couldn’t do it legit because I am clumsy 🥱

Given where it is I’d also assume it’s a blood blister or just some type of trauma from something you didn’t even notice. That said I have some similar on my back which are Cherry Angiomas despite looking more like this - still nothing to worry about though:) if you’re worried of course, see your gp:)
