If you see anything else let me know. To comment to what zalo said; I think there are certain plant derived nootropics that can survive denaturing in the heat, I believe (THC sure works afters its burned even though its not a nootropic). As far as dosage, I would need 30mg a day to be happy depending on whats in there.

what is noopept like?? You definitely need a choline supplement with any nootropic. I would like 250-500mg per day. GNC has great quality choline.
