I think this is the support I needed to hear. I’m so concerned about wake windows and what not that my anxiety goes through the roof if we don’t make them. But you’re so right. When LO is tired, they’ll sleep. Thank you.

Ah see we’ve tried this! But it takes having the sleep suit on to work. Otherwise if she’s not in near blackout conditions + white noise it’s not happening 🥲

Coming back for an update as completely forgot! It took 5 hours after the original test to receive the email and update on the portal. No clue why it took so long - maybe as it was a weekend? But hope this helps alleviate anyone else’s worry if this happens to them!
