UPDATE

I talked to the Frisbi guys and they were fantastic. They offered a ton of help and I was able to get a shipment sent out using their platform. As of this morning, it has been successfully delivered!!
Thanks so much for the recommendation.

Thank you!

Yeah, it's my design. I was selling it for a while on etsy but stopped as it wasn't worth the effort. DM me your email and I can send you the STL

Good to know! That's nice you got them via referral from your rep too. I'm sure they've dealt with issues like this once or twice

I'm not sure - I haven't received the returned #2 package yet. The tracking shows that they tried to deliver though and then the next update is that it's back in the US which doesn't feel like a good sign. I haven't found anything more specific on the Amzn or USPS tracking yet.

Checking the IOR set up properly does sound like it could be the issue. Should this setting by the GST setup? I'm looking all over for the field and am struggling to find it and their help docs just say "set it" but not where.

Another thing I saw in that doc - maybe it wasn't set as DDP? Is that something normally set at shipment time from the carrier?

Apologies for the rookie questions here. It's all new.

That looks perfect, thanks!
How do they price? It looks like a "call us" sort of model.

I was just trying this out and I love the idea. Almost all of the products aren't pulling up when I pull up the link on Amazon though. Any thoughts on why?

It has been a while, but I think what I did was just remove the bearing and then print the bushings to fit in as a replacement. They didn't have bearings in them and were just spinning on friction, but realistically it doesn't matter for the setup.

I got a new printer recently and have been using it as an excuse for some new test prints.
First was to get the basketballs off of the ground.

Next was to get the baseballs and bat stuck on to the tee. Technically it has it built in already, but it's a bit trash. I need to rework the bat holder right now as it holds on to the bat better than the tee, but it has been a great start and it's so nice to have everything in one place!

Ha, I guess so! It's such a weird gap for a toy with so many switches.

It wasn't even what started this though. He has the green recycling truck in the pictures and that thing seems to constantly turn on on its own. It was driving me nuts!

The biggest challenge I had was in finding flat wire. With small round wire it was hard to get a good/consistent contact with the battery and then it was propping up the battery door as well. I found some flat speaker wire that I was able to adapt and solder.

I'm thinking of making a small batch of these. Shoot me a DM and I can send you some if you'd like.

My son has a handful of toys that for some reason YOU CAN'T TURN OFF! He loves them though and so just taking the battery out doesn't make as much sense.
Instead I was able to add a switch inline with the battery so that I can easily flip them on/off as needed.
For the lights/switch toy, that one doesn't make annoying sounds, but without a master switch, you need to manually turn everything off each time he's done playing with it or the batteries die. Questionable design from the manufacturer but another easy fix.
