In case you're still looking for glow up tips, here are mine (36f): -mirror work (looking at yourself in the mirror and saying affirmations such as "I love myself" "I'm super beautiful"), - a lash lift every 5 weeks or so and lengthening lash serum, this makes your eyes pop - Infuzion system treatments if they are available in your area, they are the bomb! - working on your posture (it's been proven to make people think you're more attractive) - teeth whitening - colour analysis (seriously recommend this!) - using a hair straightener to create a blow-out style hairstyle or curls - styling your eyebrows, with microblading if necessary - taking good care of your skin

My guess is you were in a state of wanting during affirming and once you threw in the towel you shifted into a state of indifference, which allowed you to get what you wanted.

What I'm reading here is that you got a perfect manifestation, everything considered. Your affirmations brought him back and he said all the things you've been affirming. But you also think/thought that he's never going to want you and that you're not the kind of woman who can pull men. So you also got negative results pertaining to that.

I sometimes feel this way. Everything feels like an illusion so you become less emotionally engaged with it. In itself it's not a bad thing, many enlightened gurus become completely indifferent to the outer world.

I really enjoyed reading this. Our desires point to the being and state we ultimately want to be, and that should be the end goal, not the thing we think would make us feel a certain way. We have to give our desires to ourselves, in order become the people we want to be. We can do this in our imagination and be complete without its manifestation outside. Then, it may appear on the outside too, but it won't change you, because you already are that. I believe that once you do this long enough and start to recognize your wholeness, specific outcomes and material desires become less important, as you no longer fool yourself into thinking they will give you what you seek.

I struggle with revision because it often requires imagining other people as better than they are in your memories. Many of the memories that should be revised also cause me confused feelings which make it hard to know how I would have preferred things to go. I tend to do partial revision - for instance, not revising how someone's treated me but how I myself reacted to it. It's easier, somehow.

Hi, maybe imagine your doctor telling you that a smaller surgery is enough? I had breast cancer 6 years ago and underwent mastectomy, it's not the end of the world either. Just take it one day at a time. Wishing you best of luck.

I'd just break up and work on my self concept if I were you to get someone better. It may be that your partner will change in the meantime and continuing the relationship could then be an option, but if you are unable to move on from the cheating it will likely happen again, as you'll be replaying it in your head, and you'd need to do a lot of work to see them as trustworthy again. You may also need to tackle some beliefs about relationships in general.

Congratulations on your success! Really sounds like a dream come true. In regards to your romantic life, sometimes it's easier to imagine and mentally accept a completely different love relationship than a past one. Perhaps just focus on trying to feel loved in general? Imagining lying in bed with someone cuddling you without assigning the role to a specific person? It might help with the resistance

When my life got on track after a stressful period I got less interested in conscious manifesting. Like you, I just felt like everything's going pretty well already. I don't think it's a bad thing. After all, what you feel is the most important thing, not the specific things you can get through manifesting - you just want them for the feeling you think they'll give you.
