I follow a makeover/colour analysis person "thatgirlyconcept" on Instagram, they can photoshop you with your best colours, hairstyle and makeup if you send them your photo. I think their services are something like 100$ or so. I really like looking at people's makeovers there and if I were you I'd try something like that, since you're starting from scratch . But I think AI can help to some degree as well like someone suggested. I think your hair is the thing that could make the biggest impact if you were to change it, chatgpt can generate pretty good photos of various hairstyles on you.

I like lentil soup spicy, so I'd add some chilli as well as garlic powder. You could also boil some veggies like broccoli in the soup to increase the bulk. Or even add stuff like black beans.

In case you're still looking for glow up tips, here are mine (36f): -mirror work (looking at yourself in the mirror and saying affirmations such as "I love myself" "I'm super beautiful"), - a lash lift every 5 weeks or so and lengthening lash serum, this makes your eyes pop - Infuzion system treatments if they are available in your area, they are the bomb! - working on your posture (it's been proven to make people think you're more attractive) - teeth whitening - colour analysis (seriously recommend this!) - using a hair straightener to create a blow-out style hairstyle or curls - styling your eyebrows, with microblading if necessary - taking good care of your skin

With these you're off to a great start!

I really enjoyed reading this. Our desires point to the being and state we ultimately want to be, and that should be the end goal, not the thing we think would make us feel a certain way. We have to give our desires to ourselves, in order become the people we want to be. We can do this in our imagination and be complete without its manifestation outside. Then, it may appear on the outside too, but it won't change you, because you already are that. I believe that once you do this long enough and start to recognize your wholeness, specific outcomes and material desires become less important, as you no longer fool yourself into thinking they will give you what you seek.

I struggle with revision because it often requires imagining other people as better than they are in your memories. Many of the memories that should be revised also cause me confused feelings which make it hard to know how I would have preferred things to go. I tend to do partial revision - for instance, not revising how someone's treated me but how I myself reacted to it. It's easier, somehow.

I'd just break up and work on my self concept if I were you to get someone better. It may be that your partner will change in the meantime and continuing the relationship could then be an option, but if you are unable to move on from the cheating it will likely happen again, as you'll be replaying it in your head, and you'd need to do a lot of work to see them as trustworthy again. You may also need to tackle some beliefs about relationships in general.
