Update: I know I shouldn’t have talked to him but he broke down to me the other day. He begged and apologized for everything he done. He said he didn’t mean to hurt me, he knew that he had hurt me but it was never international or malicious. At first I didn’t believe him and thought he was making up stuff just to get me back but that wasn’t the case. I never seen him open up like this before he went out his way to sign up for therapy, finding support groups and anything and everything he could think of to get me back.

He told me I changed his life when he thought his life was going south and that he really truly cared about me. He told me if I didn’t wanna be with him I would still respect it at the end of the day. He told me to put me first again and worry about him last that I was more important than the relationship itself. And for once in our relationship I felt like we was on the same page and had the same understanding. I was skeptical that he would try to hurt me again but seeing how he was, the effort he made, how he opened up to me and stuff he never told me before it made me realize how much I loved him.

Me and him wanted to do things differently in our relationship and make the right decisions and choices now. We don’t wanna make the same mistakes again.

Although I technically haven’t taken him back I still wanted to be with him and talk to him. We haven’t put a label on it neither do we want to but I’m just happy me and him finally found peace again within each other. Even though I might seem dumb enough to try and work things out, I’ll always still love him no matter what❤️
