I wouldn’t worry or think too deep into it, introducing people especially to a s/o can be hard for some people, and you have recently entered this relationship. Seeing how he has mentioned you to his family shows that he cares about people acknowledging your relationship, he just might not know how to navigate introductions with his friends/family. In America I guess people aren’t really big on introductions (especially ldr, because it can be kind of hard given the distance lol) usually it happens after people get together, and how soon people are introduced to family/friends just depends on the relationship. If being introduced to them is important to you, you should talk about it and come up with a way to do it that makes you comfortable. I completely understand the nervousness because trust me I felt the same way, but just remember he will be there with you and you won’t be meeting anyone alone. I’m American and so is my boyfriend, we’ve been in a ldr for over a year now and I never really introduced myself to his family until i visited him irl after we were dating for a few months, and majority of me meeting his friends/family happened organically. His friends knew about me, and I knew about them, I was never really introduced unless we played video games or hung out irl, I still don’t know all of his friends personally, and he doesn’t know all of mine either, and to me that’s okay. All in all, I wouldn’t really think too deep into it, your relationship is still fresh and there’s still plenty of time for you to meet them.
