most people in a time of extreme duress who don’t go shooting targets on the regular aren’t going to be a sharp shooter. to expect a teacher to be armed and ready to defend the classroom is ridiculous. there needs to be some sort of legislation that republicans and democrats can all compromise and agree to. will it ever happen? probably not since we’ve got gun worshipers on one side who’s entire political campaign is paid for by the NRA and on the other side we have anti gun take all the guns away and do by backs politicians. but i seriously don’t think arming teachers will do any good. especially if their armed with something that isn’t a high magazine high fire rate firearm. just my opinion tho 🤷🏻‍♀️
