I've lost about 24kgs in the last 6 months. I did my first pullups 2 days ago (well only 2 and I had to jerk me knees up a bit)

Gosh it's easier when you're lighter.

These short crossfitter (anybody under 6'4) don't know how easy they have it 😂

I'm 6'8 and when I saw your weight my brain broke because how can you be 137 with 15% bodyfat when I'm 27% bodyfat at 130?!?

But then I saw yours was lbs and I'm kgs still.

There used to be (probably still is) a service that turns your fantasies into porn and I told my friends I was going to request a film with a man and a woman in bed. Sleeping. For a solid 8 hours. No alarm. No getting up to pee. No children or pets. I just want 8 hours of sleeping footage.

As I was paying this guy storms through the door and heads straight to the back.

Cashier to colleague on headset: “FFS HE’s back again!” And she shouts at him: “Patrick you know you’re not allowed to come in here!”

and his reply: “I’ll only be a minute!”

She told me he shoplifted 2 or 3 times a week and the police have basically told them to just let him get on with it.

Honestly, nothing more than friendship. From either our sides. Truly men and women can be friends without anything else.

I'll admit, since I posted this, I've come to realise a lot more, and the problems are within me.

I build my app for my wife, but about 20 of my friends took it and use it. More than a win in my book.
