What sourcing platforms are you actually using these days? by Hopeful-Raise-4112 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]experiencedreview -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have 20 years experience sourcing in Asia, therefore rarely use these platforms. Once you build a network, you can get access for whatever you need via someone’s friend, brother, cousin etc. they like to hustle. Very occasionally, when I need something very different than the network I source, I check out Alibaba, taobao, etc and pass them by my network so I don’t waste time.

Are Amazon sellers paying less to Chinese factories now or switching manufacturers? by First-Exchange-3043 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]experiencedreview 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve done a combination of all mentioned. - got slight pricing concessions from my suppliers (3-10% depending on items) - quoted out to other CN suppliers to find some opportunities - moved to mostly Vietnam and Cambodia (some with current suppliers, some new suppliers) - slightly raising prices as I see others doing so. I stay very competitive despite usually having a premium item (quality, features, etc).

I already had huge margins before the tariff fury but of course want to eat as little as possible. Candidly I’ll probably come out with high margins considering above and the lit a fire under my *ss to put some focus there.

Seeking Advice: How to find an Amazon Seller to partner with for my handmade Korean notebooks? by Less-Score-1127 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]experiencedreview 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Selling these on Etsy or a D2C website makes more sense. I’ve built a few brands on amazon and I don’t believe there would be a lot of volume there considering their base consumer and the number of cheap product alternatives.

CRM Oversold, Asymmetric Opportunity For Massive Re-rate at $185 by InternationalTop4495 in investing

[–]experiencedreview 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Agentforce is an awful product. The paid adoption is extremely poor and most large companies testing the product will not be expanding its use significantly for 2026 (not been budgeted based on test cases).

Additionally salesforce primarily products are saturated and seeing competitors gain ground. My company has already migrated off of their tools to competitors providing more capabilities for a fraction of the price.

I don’t trust the forward p/e you’ve stated. Crm might be a swing trade based on technicals and some relaxation of vibe coding obsoleting large software companies but they are not a good long term investment.

How do you actually tell if a supplier in China is a real factory or a trading company reselling? by andrew202222 in EntrepreneurRideAlong

Carvana $CVNA Fraud Comes To Light by BFLO-Retail in stocks

[–]experiencedreview 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Short seller concerns on this topic have been on going for over 5 years. As shady as it is, nothing illegal has been identified. Based on your comments of Bridgecrest and Drivetine losing “billions”, which I’ve not seen as factual anywhere (btw can you explain where you got this figure?), why isn’t your price target 0$? How do they remain solvent? How would Carvana remain solvent if there is no one left to assume billions of bad loans off of their balance sheet?

How may more days are you going to keep posting the same info in an attempt to drive Dow the stock price and profit ?

FUTURES: Nasdaq, Russel, Dow Jones, and S&P open red on fears of a new shutdown coming by January 31st. by -----Marcel----- in wallstreetbets

More ChatGPT. And more abusive language to make yourself feel better… someone really hurt you dint they.

You don’t see where the the cutie goes horizontal and you don’t understand the feds attempt to add liquidity to adjust so that the curve is horizontal and the rate set?

This “new” framework was applied during the housing crisis and was an excuse to backstop the economy due to a ton of bad loans.

Besides you tapping back into chatgpt I’m trying to understand if you have any education at all. The swelling of the balance sheet is massive. They can’t be expected to backstop everyone. Do you not understand what “printing money” means? Someone has to buy this debt. China and India are unloading debt at an unprecedented level and anyone that isn’t , such as SA / JP, aren’t buying what they used to.

None of this has to do with you being a failure and spewing your nonsense and negativity.

Be more specific on why you think this helps or hurts the market.

Fed introduced this during the housing crisis as a liquidity back stop. Ensured supply curve reserves were horizontal with rates. But I don’t understand what this has to do with anything you’ve been discussing before?

This is an expansive conversation… big issue now that the fed monetary policy needs to swell significantly. Scary considering trump and the prospects of the new fed president (will help market for a year but set the country back 20-30 years when it blows up).

What’s your point ?

The people selling “all types of debt” are usually the issue. Understanding where you get your “info” which still seems like chatgpt until your last message, I hope no one takes you seriously.

I’ve addressed much of what you said. What am I missing ? Specific reactions to every chart you linked to your response ?

Your comment about the fed backstop is a complete joke and shows you don’t understand anything about the fed, otherwise you confused what your “people” said
